3.5 ph pub may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 ph pub accepts deposits via Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph pub does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. ph pub targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified GCash accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider conditions.
4.4 ph pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 ph pub does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph pub bears no responsibility.
4.6 Funds deposited into your ph pub account are held for gaming purposes only. ph pub does not pay interest on account balances.
5.1 ph pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms , which form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. ph pub reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5.4 ph pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

9.3 ph pub does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the platform.
9.4 ph pub is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

11.3 Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
